Unless extenuating circumstances exist, any portion of the Total Fees due to YourHost under the applicable cancellation policy will be remitted to YourHost by YourHost Payments pursuant to the Payments Terms.Ģ.3 If YourHost cancels a confirmed booking, the Guest will receive a full refund of the Total Fees for such booking. All applicable fees, including the Accommodation Fee, Security Deposit (if applicable), Extra Guest Fee and any applicable Taxes (collectively, “Total Fees”) will be presented to you prior to booking a Listing.
